Chef Alpay Katipogullari grew up in Turkey, where he learned at an early age that quality food was an essential ingredient to good living as a child he used to watch his mother cooking passionately.
In the past years, Chef Alpay K. has visited several countries for his culinary and management experience. In 2012, Alpay K. decided to take his passion to an educational level and completed his course in MSA which is the best culinary school in Turkey for theoretical and practical culinary. Straight after his graduation, he started to work for the most popular restaurant chains in Turkey. In that time he has experienced fusion Asian kitchen, hotel operation skills and especially Mediterranean cuisine techniques.
In 2014, he planned a project with a restaurant on how to create more modern and stylish dishes. To achieve his plan, he travelled to London for the second time. Because London is one of the cosmopolitan cities in Europe for which provides different culinary experience. On the other hand, Chef AK wants to share his experience with everybody at special catering events. This means that you can make a connection with Chef to organise your special day.
